10th Medical Regiment Sergeant Major
The Sergeant Major of the 10th Medical Regiment is responsible for the overall direction, readiness, and operations of the enlisted personnel and NCOs of the 10MEDRGT in order to meet the medical and allied health functions of the Maryland Defense Force.

10th Medical Regiment S1 Admin Personnel Officer

The Personnel/Administration Officer handles all matters regarding personnel and administration in the 10MEDREG.​

10th Medical Regiment S3 Operations Officer

​The Operations Officer is the principal staff officer for all matters concerning operations, plans, force development, and modernization.

10th Medical Regiment Behavioral Health Practitioner

​The Behavioral Health Practitioner plans, directs, and administers programs and services relating to clinical psychology, social work, and counseling.​

10th Medical Regiment S4 Logistics Officer

​The Logistics Officer is responsible for all matters regarding supply and logistics in the 10th MEDRGT.

Cyber Defense Unit (CDU) Information Systems Operator

​The Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) information systems operator (cyber protection) performs specialized computer network defense duties, including infrastructure support, incident response, auditing and managing.
